Guiding steps for the fourth mentor meeting

Step One: The mentee should share her reflections since the last meeting. Reflect on their process and walk through the different elements. The mentee should then create a rough draft of the idea or solution she wants to test.

Step Two: Try to sketch a prototype or a rolling plan together. By a prototype we mean a rough draft of short-term steps to follow so you both can take it home and get input on it from family, colleagues, friends or peers. You might find it useful to download, print and use the Prototype Testing Plan tool(clickable pdf file).

  • Always talk to each other about what you are doing so you both feel like a part of one process, even if it is the mentee doing the most of the practical work.
